Lytle serves as the Office Manager at Carlton Holland Realty in Las Vegas, Nevada, where she plays a central role in supporting the brokerage’s operations, compliance, marketing coordination, and day-to-day efficiency. With decades of experience in real estate, finance, and executive support, Susan is known for her exceptional organization, attention to detail, and steady leadership behind the scenes.

Susan began her career in real estate and finance more than 30 years ago after earning her Mortgage Banking Certification from California State University, Fullerton. Her professional background includes an extensive tenure with Community Commerce Bank, where she advanced from customer service representative to loan processor, underwriter, and ultimately Assistant Branch Manager. That progression reflects her strong work ethic, analytical ability, and commitment to excellence.

Prior to joining Carlton Holland Realty, Susan also supported principals of large insurance and marketing firms as an executive assistant, further strengthening her expertise in high-level coordination, communication, and operational management. In her current role, she is an integral part of the brokerage’s success, ensuring systems run smoothly so agents can focus on serving clients at the highest level.

Community involvement has long been important to Susan. Irelynn Carlton is a standout student at Moapa Valley High School, proudly ranking in the top 10 of her class. A driven and multi-talented young leader, she shines both academically and athletically. She is the quarterback on the school’s flag football team, a dedicated catcher on the softball team, and a skilled violinist in the orchestra. She also excels in honors courses and Spanish, demonstrating her commitment to growth and learning.

Outside the classroom, Irelynn’s energetic and fun-loving personality comes to life. She enjoys baking sweet treats, sipping her favorite drink—Sprite—and sharing meals at McDonald’s or Pirates Landing Pizza with friends. Her favorite color, pink, reflects her vibrant and positive outlook on life. One of the things she loves most about Moapa Valley is the sense of community: the endless activities, close friendships, and breathtaking views of mesas and sunsets.

Described by those around her as empathetic, ambitious, competitive, athletic, and insightful, Irelynn is deeply devoted to her family and siblings. She aspires to one day become either a labor and delivery nurse, where she can help bring new life into the world, or a lawyer like her dad, advocating with intelligence and compassion.
